Travel Terms and Conditions
Please pay attention to the travel terms and conditions imposed. For any concern or question you have, please do not hesitate to contact us on telephone: 0745-158524, 0720-008899, from Monday to Friday between 09.00 – 18.00 and on Saturday from 09.00 – 14.00. On your ticket you have all the datas you need to know regarding your boarding and your journey.
All tickets are nominal and are valid only for the holder. Round-trip tickets with an OPEN return are valid for 180 days from the date of issue. In order to validate your return OPEN ticket you have to confirm the date you would like to travel on with 5 days before at one of the telephone numbers above mentioned, e-mail address: email@example.com or personal at our office. Tickets will be reserved according to available places. Pasangers have to be at the place of departure with 15 minutes before leaving, such as indicated on the voucher.
Before the departure clients may require the busdriver’s telephone number. Travellers who delay are not accepted or being given their ticket back only in cases of emergency (death, hospitalization) proved by supporting documentation. The departure place is indicated on the ticket. The baggage weight allowed for passengers who go on route Transylvania – Budapest Airport and return is the same that is accepted by the airlines. Tickets are not refundable in case you don’t want to travel but they can be modified within 48 hours before departure.
Please check if the dates and times of travelling are correct and your name corresponds to what is written in your passport or identity card. Your identity card or passport must be valid for at least six months before you leave the country. Travel insurance is not compulsory but it is recommended. During the journey all travelers are assured as long as they are in the microbus.
For any changes the following fees will be charged: – 10% penalty for cancellation made between 24 and 48 hours before the departure, 30% penalty for cancellation within 24 hours, 100% penalty for cancellation made on the date of the departure (no show). Tickets become invalid if: the date is expired, the ticket is not issued for the the specific date and time, passengers are not present at the departure place.
Being a regular transportation the buses have to leave the place of departure at a fix time. The traveller is responsible for his baggages at the border control. At the border we stay maximum 30 minutes.
If any problems appear with a passenger or it’s luggage that takes time, the bus will leave the border without that passenger who will lose his ticket. In case some technical problems will appear to the bus, that cannot be fixed, we will change it in max. 6 hours (for international journeys) or max. 3 hours (for domestic journeys).
We are not obliged to take passengers from/to their home. Please check whether you have all the necessary documents for your travel! We wish you a pleasant journey!
